GOALS
In this lesson, we would like to accomplish the following:
1. We hope you will joyfully embrace a proper view of God's providence that harmonizes with a biblical view of prophecy.
2. We hope you will make use of all the resources and activities of the lesson to learn how the fulfillment of prophecy sometimes depends on human reactions.
3. We hope you make some changes in your life as a response to the teachings of this lesson. It should affect your trust in God's sovereignty, as well as your confidence in prayer.
OBJECTIVES
When you have done the following, it will show that the goals are met:
1. Use all the resources and complete all the written assignments of the lesson, expressing your own thoughts and attitudes regarding the nature of predictions in prophecy and the nature of God's providence in relation to prophecy.
2. Obtain satisfactory grades on the evaluations, demonstrating that you can identify the key biblical concepts regarding divine predictions and the contingent nature of some prophecies.
